The new Bugatti Chiron is the most powerful production car in the world and a great work of engineering. It has 1478 horses, a top speed of 420 km / h and 16 cylinders.
As they collect 'Jalopnik' and 'Gizmodo', the Chiron is a car without electric motors. Its W16 engine with two V8 aligned makes it the most powerful car in the world. This includes a new system of injectors that introduce air and fuel under pressure and that increase the power by 25% with respect to the Veyron. 32 fuel and air micro-injectors make 60,000 liters of air enter the engine every minute.
No information on its new cooling system has been specified, although the exhaust system is larger than that of the Veyron and six times higher than that of an average car.
Its seven-speed transmission is completely new and transmits power to all four wheels. Meanwhile, its body is composed of a single piece of carbon fiber.
The Chiron has five driving modes that are selected from the gear lever, although under normal conditions, the car selects them by itself depending on the speed. Only the "Top Speed", a speed limiter, is activated by a special key.
The car is transformed to offer the greatest possible comfort. With larger wheels and lighter brakes, the tires have been specially designed for this model in a collaboration with Michelin. These hold a centrifugal force 3,800 times greater than gravity and are easy to change.
The aerodynamics of the car is linked to cooling. There are ten radiators, including a central system and seven independent radiators for systems such as the intercooler, the engine oil circuit, the transmission, or the hydraulic system. The air intakes of these are distributed throughout the vehicle.
