The iPhone 8 is already a reality.
Apple introduced, for the first time, three different versions of its flagship cell phone: the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus represent the next generation of the 7 and 7 Plus that Apple introduced last year, but this time the company did not follow the habit of naming them with an "S" (iPhone 7S), but has jumped that generation altogether to reflect the important change in the design of the cell phone.
The iPhone 8 does not have big changes in the front, but its back is now made of glass and brings updated specifications.

In general, the design brings subtle changes that do make it look and feel like another cell phone, and avoids the risk of little differentiation that suffered the iPhone 7 with respect to the iPhone 6S.
But, it is not completely different, since the front is practically the same, while back integrates glass instead of metal. Plus, it's a little thicker now.
This is the update in design that we had to know last year with the iPhone 7, as the 2016 models changed numbers, but not much in design compared to their predecessors.
